  • Accelerator pedal does not hit the floor of the chassis
  • Parts have been ordered in, parts are also on the shelf
  • Large rack for asymmetric steering, linkages shift steering column
  • Sleeve yields at point on the steering collar, and stops on a collar (4"-5")
  • Tie rods will be a challenge, (Chassis interference on compression of suspension)

  • Remained stagnant, changes made to the structure of the control arms
  • Use plates to seat the bearings

  • Shape is bumpy
  • Optimizing for aesthetic and array optimization
  • Alias is used as a surfacing program (typical in automotive design)
  • Preliminary panelization was done, however the unrefined model caused issue

  • did not use typical manufacturing methods though
  • vibe testing was not done, an unresponsive professor does have a vibe test
