  • Can't hit June 30th deadline
  • Need more time to properly define mounting points with all sub systems
  • Members believed to be too wide in diameter - redoing analysis with small diameter tubes
  • Tagging control arms with chassis for VR3 sponsorship
Jig
  • Rough model of the jig, fleshing out basic design
  • Josh, Shalen & Matt will own the Jig
Aero
  • Transferring what we have now from speedform to solidworks - priority 1
  • Define mounting points to chassis - priority 2
  • Define number of panels and which panels need core material - priority 3
  • Define waterproofing
  • Array is somewhat defined
  • Aero shape is frozen for now
Machining & Water Jetting
  • Rough geometry in CAD before kicking off chassis
  • Not priority for sponsorship at this point
  • Focusing on chassis

Action items

  • Devon Copeland going through top level assembly tonight
  • Saturday 24th of June will be a meeting defining Aero and Chassis mounting along with final revision to chassis 
  • Final revision of chassis will be analyzed by Devon and Adam to verify math
