Rev 9.4 Final Screenshots

Another iteration of stuffs. No major changes. Mostly manipulating geometry and sims settings.

This project file was created using Rev 9.3 as the base project.

All 4 passenger masses were turned on.

Updates from Rev 9.3:

(10/04) contacts on large upper gusset were fixed
(10/05) ran all cases – all failed deformation cases now pass, 2 failing stress cases: Front 30, Side 60
(10/06) created a new sheet metal part (grabcad link) – extended and intersected with tube centers (to fix bonded contacts) to address side 60 case
- needs to be imported to spaceclaim
(10/06) increased size of gusset near a-plane (facing backwards) (same cad file as above) to address front 30 case
- could also try extending the vertical tubes in spaceclaim

Front Bar - PASS

It is the case with the pucks.

It needs to be setup using previous examples.
