Rev 10.3

An iteration of tube removal. Instead of removing all 4 pairs of vertical and horizontal spiderweb tubes, only the back 2 pairs were removed. The top case initially failed by ~6 MPa but, if the rear passenger masses are distributed across 2 of the seatbelt mounting tubes instead of the 2 seat tubes, then the max stress drops to ~270 MPa. Unfortunately the front 30 case still failed.

  • The 2 pairs of vertical/horizontal spiderweb tubes at the back of the car were removed.

  • Distribute rear passenger masses across seat belt tubes instead of seat tubes.
