Electrical

1. Aden : I won’t be at Leads today since I’m helping Full day for Fall Open House, but an electrical update is below :

2. Doing a large PCB review session to send out PCBs before Nov 15th funding expiry

3. Boards being sent out

   1. MS16 controller board + breakout board + SWD Adapter V2

   2. IMU + Telemetry small update

   3. Lighting control board

   4. BMS Carrier

   5. BMS AFE

4. Co-op will be placed onto Vehicle Harnessing, goal is to have a driveable/reliable elec system by the end of this term before Me + Evan head on coop

5. Firmware:

   1. Wrote software for 70-80% of drivers [GPIO, UART, CAN, MASTER TASKS, NOTIFY, QUEUES, INTERRUPTS, FLASH] (Hope they all work) for the new controller board

   2. The battery test script is done + software tested. Fixing BMS wires + connections and doing discharge test Sunday with a new member from Battery

   3. Reduced code size by ~11%

Mechanical

• MS15.5 Chassis resim to actual weight of car - currently failing

  • Each team is looking for opportunities for weight optimization

• PVDR edits & submission

• 1:1s & Resume Critiques Update

•  

Operations

• Cheque sent out for race registration fees

• Team Participation Agreement, Team Entry Form, and Proof of Insurance sent

• Members have been working on monetary sponsorship outreach - will get updates on today’s meeting

• Will talk about merch during today’s meeting

• From the last meeting, we talked about having a middle-man for each sub team (would you mind sending in who those will be in the sponsorships channel?)

• Dean’s funding will most likely be released by the end of November
