  1. Electrical

    1. Boards will be arriving by next week hopefully

    2. Meeting on Sunday 3pm to discuss future HW plans for W2025 and beyond

    3. Shifting focus to MS15.5 electrical harnessing : Expect syncs/elec mech integration to be ongoing

      1. PD board position changing, Telemetry added

    4. Strategy

      1. Refactor has completed database connection, route models and resistance calculations but waiting on ASC for weather API access

    5. Firmware

      1. Added faster scheduling for tasks. Our fastest speed for sending/handling data is now 100Hz

      2. New members have submitted PRs for more peripherals (memory protection unit. Watchdogs)

      3. New members have started looking into HIL. We are still looking into the best DAQ that can support all our needs

  2. Mechanical

    1. Dynamics

      1. Rear-Hub: Members working on Spindle FEA, looking to start Hub FEA this week

      2. Steering: On pause until FSU nodal/force calc updates

        1. New task: optimize linkage weight (<1kg but good)

      3. Brakes:

        1. Waiting on caliper CAD to check interference before purchasing/sending request for caliper

        2. BOM for all caliper components will be sent this Monday after call with MCP (caliper manufacturer)

        3. One Limit Mount Design 3D Printed, Caliper mount design started (albeit with inaccurate caliper step file)

      4. FSU:

        1. Updated nodal has been added to bild

          1. includes all three states of the suspension (max compression, ride height, and max extension)

          2. It also shows the correct ride height that was settled on in space claim, and a spec'd shock

          3. Design review for finalized FSU nodal on Saturday → afterwards math team can finish

      5. RSU: Still working on knowledge transfer, meeting scheduled with Jon Monday @ 9PM

        1. Nodal draft making more parametric

    2. Battery

      1. Cell selection: have a good list of 25 cells on the sheet

      2. Overall pack config and architecture: have a plan, ready whenever regs drop

      3. Cooling: goal for EOT to have a working wind tunnel and testing plan so we can be ready to test prototype modules w/ different cell candidates next term

      4. Enclosure ideation: early brainstorming, nothing concrete

    3. Exteriors

      1. R&D completed on Thurs (surface bagging)

      2. Good progress on solar array layout and canopy length, should be complete by Tues

      3. Continuing iterations of the Aerobody, experimenting with 2D airfoil simulations

    4. Int Structures

      1. 15.5

        1. Chassis sims underway

          1. supplier has higher YS on data sheet; also reached out and waiting response

          2. Material testing

        2. Steering changes looking to be finalized EOT

      2. 16

        1. Have more parameters to work on for 16 chassis after space claim; looking to complete first pass by EOT

  1. Operations

    1. Registration documents all approved

    2. IEF? Early bird registration ends Nov 30 → prices in FSGP channel

    3. VSA president has been contacted (discount cards) - just waiting on a response

    4. Posters should all be finished - will check in with Phillip during our meeting

    5. Merch suppliers will be consolidated by this weekend to decide which one is best
