  1. Electrical

    1. Car must drive 28th (CAGIS event)

    2. Firmware:

      • The BMS rewrite is done. Includes software-tested state of charge algo (Testing on hw this weekend)

      • A new codebase is being set up for MS16

      • Setting up Jarvis the Firmware PC. Located in the back shelf behind Mitch’s spot

      • Telemetry code is being started today

    3. Hw:

      • Boards sent out (Telemetry, PCS, new AFE). comes in next week

      • 6m2 is absolutely required, numbers

    4. Strategy

      • Task assignment soon

      • Refactoring model to more simple database

  2. Mechanical

    • Space Claim 1

      • Exteriors: 6m^2 array

      • Dynamics: Leading Arm vs Double A-Arm, Steering rack height

      • Internal Str: Driver selection, Driver location along wheelbase, Hard points

      • Battery Box: Opposite axle as driver, allocated volume

    • Space Claim 2 - Next Saturday after leads

    • Hard deadline for space claim finalized after regs come out

    • Progress:

      • Exteriors: Onboarding going well, Liam + Jaiden doing research for aerobody Tues, prelim models week following

      • Dynamics: Hub design sprint wip, double wishbone configuration for fsu, same configuration for fsu

      • Internal Str: Tasks handouts starting today, Weldments 101 today

        • Driver Selection: 5’9 (34 in shoulder to hip height), if you want more info refer to decision matrix

        • Gather body dimensions, drivers will be announced, measurements made over next few weeks

      • Battery: Location opposite axle from driver, volume allocation needed

        • Pack testing: “Yeah I’ll do it” - Aryan (HW bottleneck)
