Aerobody sheet panel is Aluminum 6061, 18 gauge
Fasteners are:Zinc Yellow-Chromate Plated Hex Head Screw, Grade 8 Steel, 1/4"-20 Thread Size, 1/2" Long (MCC 92620A537)
Steel Locknut with External-Tooth Lock Washer, Zinc-Plated, 1/4"-20 Thread Size (MCC 90675A029)
Slots are to provide adjustability
Sheet metal gauge is to allow for manual modification
This setup would have to be jigged in place using an easily removable fixture, then welded
