Created a braking calculations page to keep track of variables/progress in our calculations for main brakes.
2016-11-01 Multistate Braking Decision

During the brake team meeting, we decided to go with option #3 in the Multi-state braking page. Regen will be on while the accelerator is not pressed. This function should be able to be turned off when not needed.
2016-10-30 Multistate braking discussion
The Brakes - Multi-state Braking page was created following Titus Chow and Devon Copeland's discussion on how to manage the crossover between regen and mechanical braking. No decision has been reached at the time of writing.
2016-10-11 Migrated steering wheel subproject
The Brake Pedal and Gas Pedal subprojects have been moved to fall under the brakes subsection of vehicle design.
