Water jet orders are still done through E3 (expectation is 5 days for water jetting)
Derek Rayside - co-op student hiring initiatives for Winter 2025 term
Placements were historically low last term

4th or 5th co-op student, shared co-op between teams(?)
Manpower for a shortened period of time (flexible options for students)
Co-op supervisors don’t have to be on site, remote supervisors are allowed as well
Graeme - Facilities Update, including update on elec safety requirements
If water jetting requests are urgent, E5 water jet can be used
Amazon purchases will be under more scrutiny, especially for electrical equipment (ex: items that need to be CSA approved)
Every SDC vehicle is CAA approved
HV Room - Room is missing SOPs, UWAFT and FE mentorship program in place to show people how to use HV rooms
