Discharging ~0.5% SOC per hour. Now is able to discharge a cell 1mV every 10 minutes

Firmware can flash, use UART and debug. Our APIs for I2C and CAN are ready for testing. New members are working on ADC, PWM, SPI. Touching base with them at first meeting
Firmware coop starting Jan-13th. Currently doing remote work for new BMS

Dynamics: Jan 6 → Calcs (Check in end of jan), OTS spec, mech design start, new timeline for rear hub outlined → drawings to be done by end of month, brakes tasks assigned to members
Internals: Jan 4 → MS16 MVP, complete MS15.5 hands on, MS16 Jig design
Battery: Jan 4 → Module design start, cell testing, enclosure start (# of member dependent)
Onboarding plan finalized offline (tasks in event of new members)
