  1. Electrical

    1. New AFE worky!

      1. Discharging ~0.5% SOC per hour. Now is able to discharge a cell 1mV every 10 minutes

    2. Controller board worky!

      1. Firmware can flash, use UART and debug. Our APIs for I2C and CAN are ready for testing. New members are working on ADC, PWM, SPI. Touching base with them at first meeting

    3. Firmware coop starting Jan-13th. Currently doing remote work for new BMS

    4. Significant progress on firmware Vehicle Simulation

      1. Able to simulate and view live CAN data and GPIO status across every project

      2. Calling with Jarvis for help on the user-interface/test development

      3. Might pull in strategy to help with client/server classes

    5. Bootloader for MS16 - 60% done

    6. Strategy

      1. Telemetry + Dashboard, improving simulations and supporting firmware

  2. Mechanical

    1. Mech budget - Generate list of items and cost. Expect frequent checkins

    2. Term goals defined between each team

      1. Exteriors: Back in december → MS16 MVP, manufacturing plan

      2. Dynamics: Jan 6 → Calcs (Check in end of jan), OTS spec, mech design start, new timeline for rear hub outlined → drawings to be done by end of month, brakes tasks assigned to members

      3. Internals: Jan 4 → MS16 MVP, complete MS15.5 hands on, MS16 Jig design

      4. Battery: Jan 4 → Module design start, cell testing, enclosure start (# of member dependent)

    3. Onboarding plan finalized offline (tasks in event of new members)

  3. Operations

    1. High level overview of expenses for each sub team is required

    2. Expense sheet - tracking all expenses (including purpose, items bought, and where the funding came from)

    3. Sponsorship tracker

    4. Internal funding → MEF, WEEF, EngSoc, Sandford Fleming

    5. ASC Race logistics (airbnb’s etc.)
