- Will be a term-by-term basis, intended for teams that have sponsored software (HyperWorx, ANSYS, etc.) that don't have bay computers

| E5 Lockers | Peter | - Intended for use exclusively for SDC teams without bays, and for ME FYDP (does not apply to us)

| Co-op Forms | Victoria | - Bays will be "locked-out" (door code changed) for teams that fail to submit co-op forms by the end of the second week of the Co-op's work term
- This is to prevent the co-op from using the bay due to safety reasons

| Travel Forms | Peter | - New travel form (still a draft document) prohibits teams from attending competition (i.e. no travel reimbursements, etc)
- This is judged on a case-by-case basis, discussion should be taken up with Peter to verify the circumstances

- ELD (logging devices) will be rolled out to comply with new US DOT laws, replacing the paper logbooks
- Possibility of a self-test being added for towing training (i.e. move the trailer from EC4 and back it in to E5

| Battery Assembly Room | Peter | - To be moved downstairs into engine test room (there is a second room in the engine room)
- Will be outfitted with HV tools and equipment

| Electronics Room | Peter | - Talks of turning this room into a "machine shop for electrical work" for all undegrad students
- Benefits the SDC by keeping the room well stocked with other people's money, and the place stays organized
- Peter will present a proposed floor plan at the next meeting
