Outlook:

  • Good onboarding and member retention
    • Use the early design stage to hone in on your members and get people that stick around 
    • Create a dedicated group that you can build up for internal structures in the future

    • Try to establish a realistic timeline and hold ourselves and members more accountable to it
    • Chassis designed by end of Fall term 2024 (ambitious)
      • More than thorough first pass at chassis design
  • Getting newly recruited members onto internal structures based tasks to get initial concepting phase
    • Builds concepts and members up to be able to implement these concepts into MS16 once the actual design starts up
  • Greater emphasis on integration meetings
    • Build sequences

Meeting Schedule

  • Weekend meeting convenient cause everyone's free during the weekend
  • Having something during weekday might make the work less skippable?

    • Maintain same Saturday sessions. Meeting time at 1:00 pm EST for check in

  • First meeting will be Sep 11, 7-8 pm, because HTN the weekend of

    • Need to pitch to a larger audience, but might still be worth using with just the subteam
