  • play with the thickness of tubes

  • Main points

    • only care about above-the-shoulder

      • if stress concentration below the shoulder that is fine

    • The roll hoop is intact

 

Dynamics Integration

  • FSU: leading arm; essentially a mirror of the trailing arm + mounting points for shocks (bellcrank + point for lower shock)

    • establish the direction of rotation for FSU shocks (horizontal or vertical shock)

  • Brakes

    • Establish mounting config (wall mounted vs floor mounted, off the shelf vs self made)

 

Battery Box

  • Have to confirm final battery space, where they want it and probable interference with RSU
