Instructions for machining the lower column mounting plate.

BOM

  • Use 0.25” aluminum plate stock from mcmaster carr (9246K422)

Instructions/Drawing

  • Drawing is in imperial.

  • Cut stock into 1”x 4”(x0.25”) rectangle (this is the size of the plate).

  • The important dimension is the distance between all three holes.
