use retaining ring pliers to open retaining rings

Instructions
Slide #1 into #2, it should feel like a nice slide fit.
Place retaining rings (#3) into the grooves of #2 on both sides.
Repeat for the other mount, config 1 with the notch is also assembled exactly the same.
Done .
