Instructions

  1. Attach the rack mount (#3) to the chassis using 2x M6-40 SHCS (#5) using the bottom two holes of #3 through the holes in chassis.

     

  2. Slide the rack (#1) so the rod end of the rack sits between the centerlink clevis, attach the rack using 2x M6-40 SHCS (#4) putting it through the middle two holes of the rack and secure onto top two holes of the rack mount (#3).

    Note: red circled holes are concentric.

     

  3. Slide 1x #8 and #9 (1.5mm and 2mm ring shims) on each side of the rod end and clevis. Then secure the rack to the clevis using #6 and #7 (M8-45 SHCS and M8 locknut).
