I wasn’t sure how tight of a tolerance to put, so I just assumed worst case and added a slot just in case the pitch was off. If we want a suppperrr tight fit I’m assuming we should measure the threads of the fasteners too? I’m not sure how accurate water jet cutting is anyways.

I rounded up and did 3 shims in my CAD, so that’s around 3.81 mm in shims.
