Yield Strength: 460 MPa

Validation: June 23th 2023

Fixtures

  • Insert the dummy upright and fix the top and bottom faces

  • remove the global bonded interaction and make it a global contact interaction between the parts

Loading

Fx

  • + Fx acts on the inner face of the thread

    • -Fx is ignored

 

Fy & Fz:

  • Uses resultant force magnitude and direction on inner and outer hub sections

SET ALL FORCES TO “TOTAL” AND NOT “PER ITEM”
