WIP - Module Testing

After testing individual cells and building modules, we need to verify that they were assembled correctly and still have the same capacity.

The best way to do this is to discharge each module at a high current and monitor it with a thermal camera to detect any hot spots which indicate high resistance.

A pack is only as strong as its weakest link, as we cannot over-discharge any cells. The least variance in capacity is best, as this will allow us to use the full capacity of the battery pack.
