New DRI for driver controls	@Sienna Kah Mun Wishart (Deactivated) will be taking over all redesigns for driver controls systems @Aashmika Mali will be secondary and help out wherever possible - ask me for any questions that come up
Sponsorship from molex + others will be postponed	in the mean time, we have to finish the molex order page, @Josh Rong @Aashmika Mali pls help out
More documentation	with the updates, we really have to up our documentation game in the following especially we need to take the time to write detailed test plans that will be extensive enough to cover anything we can think of and be implemented by someone that did not design the board design decisions that break apart schematics and layout into pictures and explain why certain components and configurations were used
Call candor on monday	@Micah Black or someone on sponsorship, we need to figure out when the boards will be shipped back to us, they need to reply
Look into other manufacturers	@Micah Black or @Pei Liang Guo can we look at sourcing from a different manufacturer or going through JLC (i.e. check lead times through jlc, pcb7 and other companies then start looking at US companies) we need to know for our next two board sendouts
Push for configuring python scripts for hardware validation	the current bay bench computers already have scripts to interface with the DMM, power supply, load etc. (lapequipment.py) when making test plans, we should configure the scripts to make sure that they we can test gpios and things like ADC readings on our own Look at the board validation repo on git for more resources Also look at keysight programming guides for the instruments we use - apparently they are very extensive

Avoid using HV Battery and MCI relays form MS12	Apparently the contact polarity was aligned incorrectly, so the relays must have degraded a lot we need to buy new ones unfortunately
Digikey purchases will continue	to meet our deadlines, we will continue our purchases AS NECESSARY
Create a page for board sendout	Like @Micah Black has been doing, we need to make a page and upload the gerbers and corrected BOMs for monday’s sendout
Make Jira tickets and transfer of tasks	@Micah Black we need to make more tasks that can be done of campus and MAKE SURE that we are documenting all the work thats being done on Jira so its much easier to manage
Export a standard set of altium rules	@Pei Liang Guo please export a good set of rules and make sure they follow this as well Checklist for Gerbers
Big merge	@Aashmika Mali we’re going to have to do a big merge soon oof
