Guiding Questions
These are the main questions to solve for this task.
What parameters must the motor have to efficiently propel the car?
Use a dead weight of 192 kg with an additional 80 kg for the driver (272 kg in total)
Do the Mitsuba Motors meet this requirement?
Are there other motors on the market that would meet these requirements but are better than the Mitsuba Motors?
Parameters such as mass, power consumption and any other relevant parameters (I leave this at your discretion).
Extending Questions
There are the questions that would extend the project further, but take a lower priority over the Guiding Questions.
What is the standard mass allocation in a solar SOV?
What percentage of the mass is allocated to the motor? The battery pack? So on and so forth.
^ I found there wasn’t much information out there, hence an extension of the main questions to answer.
