Form Labs Module Manufacturing

This page is intended to document the manufacturing effort at Form Labs, while battery box members are in Boston and have access to their printers.

Bottom Cell Holder has been printed using https://formlabs.com/store/materials/rigid-10k-resin/ on SLA printer.
- Part is not flexible enough and cracks easily under torsion
The following filaments will be explored with SLA printing
- https://formlabs.com/store/materials/tough-1500-resin/
  - Heat Deflection Temp: 52C (not good, but want to experiment with)
- https://formlabs.com/store/materials/grey-resin/
  - Heat Deflection Temp: 73C (Acceptable, cells would not reasonably go above 50C steady state)
3 SLS modules are printed and to be validated
