Step 2 - Module Capacity Testing

We did some tests of the module capacity with @Micah Black python scripts: GitHub - mbA2D/Test_Equipment_Control: Controlling various lab test equipment for battery testing, dc-dc converter testing, etc.

Data files and results of the testing are added below. We haven’t gotten to testing all the modules yet.
