Add Fault and Parking LED indicators

Add Parking input and address parking mechanism assuming analog input

Spec a switch for Economy/Normal mode switch

Implement fan control (enable or PWM)

Address proper filtering for above analog and digital signals

Change all connectors to standard micro-fit and remove unnecessary connectors (display power)

Address Schmitt trigger circuit layout

Remove or change pull up/down resistors
