Change precharge resistor values from 3 x 1 kohm to 3x 300 ohm TO126s to increase precharge speed. Power through resistors shouldn't exceed 8.67 W.

Change discharge resistor value from 1 x 5 kohm to 1 x 2 kohm TO220 to decrease discharge speed. Power shouldn't exceed 11.25 W.

Change connectors from ultrafit to microfit.
Change SR latch to something more simple?
Change thermistor design. Only turn off precharge via firmware?

Have two sources for power. One for isolated side and one for non-isolated devices such as fans. Add one more load switch, take out off circuit on isolated DC/DC.
Look into higher voltage rating iso DC/DC
Switch Relay FET to the same ones on BMS carrier. SOT23 is much easier than QFN.
