Occupant Cell Mock-up
It is important to have real-life testing data whenever designing things for humans. In our case, we require a "fake" interior of the car in which we can test and evaluate our designs. A wooden mock-up was created to serve this purpose.
Former user (Deleted) will be providing specific locations in which we believe will be the best location to place our driver and passengers. Your job will be to design mock-up's of seats that can be mounted inside the interior mock-up (above) to verify seat position. After that, we will also need to design and build dummy steering and pedals (similar to what exists already) to verify with the steering and brakes team that their designs will work properly within the interior.
Specific tasks to cover:
- Front occupant seating (driver + passenger) Renzo Villanoy Luke/garth Sheila Afros
- Rear occupant seating
- Steering wheel position (will work with steering team)
- Pedals position (will work with brakes team)
