How Might We (HMW) Questions

HMW questions, sometimes known as How Do We (HDW) questions, are short questions used to kick-off the ideation process.

The interior team has been coming up with a plethora of HDW questions that we feel have an important impact on the interior experience:

Colour coding:

Green - Easy to do, should do it

Yellow - Somewhat challenging but worth doing

Red - Must do

Uncoloured - Not a specific action item but will impact design/ maybe a little too difficult to implement
