Fixtures
The fixture is set at where the pin that connects the ball bearing to the steering rack, and is constrained to not move in any direction at all.
Load
The load acts along the axis of the tie rod and will be at the ball bearing connection between itself and the steering arm.
Mesh
not really sure what to call it but there's where I put the mesh slider

Conclusion
The tie rod passed all of the different loading cases with minimal deformation (6061 Al).
