turn-around time is 1-4 weeks, tubes are cut based on drawing package and cad files

Hollow sections: square, rectangular, round from 1” to 8”
Not sure if this is 4130, pricing not available on their website
didn’t find 0.035” wall thickness
They have 4130 round tubes but no square tubes
Looks like they focus on machining parts, I don’t think they sell tubes

offer structural steel products (not sure if 4130), no mention of square tubing
offer custom fabrication, not sure if they just sell raw material
Based on their website, I think they only offer round tubes
