The Fish Paper (or Electrical Grade Vulcanized Fiber) is a flexible insulation material that will be put in between the hard insulation plate and the current collectors. The Fish Paper is green in the image below and is hidden on one side.

Email from supplier: “Unfortunately no info on the adhesive but you can use 3M 77 as a guide
Not sure laser cutting is an approved action on any adhesive but our clients do it”

We plan on laser cutting it, though the University does not want to cut the adhesive on their laser cutters. Micah Black has a laser cutter that we can use (though its only a diode laser) or we can see about cutting it at Kwartzlab.
