Key Summary:

  • 2 New Members task have been added. These will either have new/returning members as the DRIs and have new members shadow the process. Notably, the responsibilities of taking on a DRI has been discussed: the expectation is to see the process through including integration.

  • Off-the-shelf-parts: an order was placed in Fall 2019 and arrived Winter 2020. Another order would need to go out regarding new parts - this will require shared responsibility across the dynamics team.

  • 1:1 Scheduling. Will be consolidating Lead’s/PM’s times before moving ahead and informing members. Will most likely be Saturdays. @Catherine Cai

  • A fleshed-out design log has been created by @kevin bui and under review with @Leif Blake . This structure will be followed and a requirement for DRIs in their part designs for documentation.

  • @Chris Kang (Unlicensed) Supplier research for sheet metal parts supplier and manufacturer.
