Project Summary

The wind optimization sub-project is focused on building models to investigate and calculate the impact of wind on the performance of the car.

Goals

• Determine the drag of the car given a certain amount of wind at a given point in the race.

• Extend the model to include other dimensions in addition to just the car’s frontal area.

• Investigate other potential impact’s of wind on the car.
