Problem Statement

In Jira, there is a problem where tickets can become inactive without anyone being aware, causing setbacks and miscommunication. Having a straightforward way to track ‘staleness’ will result in an optimized workflow for the team.

Scope

Must have:	Analyzing, gathering, and identifying stale tickets Individual member/ticket velocity A weekly email sent to leads before meetings (includes stale tickets and inactive members) Dashboard (Burn-down charts, timeline progressions, etc.)
