Week 1: 3D print all modules parts (maybe assign some first yrs to print stuff on their own in the RPC) (Will also be printing over the break with my personal printer)
Take first yrs to RPC and get them acquainted with how to 3D print
Week 2: Spot weld Erics modules (assuming we have sigma clad cut by then) & host tutorial session to take up answers from the onboarding
Between week 2 and 3, Nicole and I can host sessions to let first yrs spot weld on their own (we would only be in the bay in case something dangerous happens, the first yrs would contact us if they want to spot weld things on their own)
Week 3: Working session to get any stragglers from the onboarding and for anything else that pops up
Week 4: assign people that completed onboarding to project leads
