Installation Process:

• Create bristol board replica panels used to double check fitting on car
• Use them as guide to cut out window screen mesh
• Lay window screen mesh down on aero body
• Apply caulking as evenly as possible
• Use squeegees to even out and scrape off excess caulking. Layer should be about as thick as mesh.
• Peel mesh back off aero body
• Stick on FINISHED panels (tape edges of panel where silicon might stick to in order to remove any that may have gotten on panel)
• Place packaging foam on top of panels
• Apply distributed loads on to apply force on panels for adhesion
