Approach leads to get accurate cost estimates for all expenses for MS16

• Emphasize importance of budgeting to leads, as MS16 is the first car in a while that will require completely new materials (MS15 used a lot of previous materials from MS14)

Crowdfunding used in previous iterations of car to help with sponsorship

Organize working session with Matt & Fatima to create overall projected budget and funding sources for each expense (ex: WEEF, MEF, sponsors)

Meeting with Peter will be arranged where high-level overview of MS16’s budget will be shown (showing expenses and expense allocations)

Cost estimates from leads should be received before the 25th, discussion will be brought up at next leads meeting (January 11, 2025)
