Problem Statement

With ASC delayed to July 2021, our team has a year to make improvements to the design of the car. These improvements will result in material and machining costs that we expect to continue throughout the next few terms.

Hypothesis

Starting a crowdfunding initiative will improve our financial position in the Fall 2020 / Winter 2021 term.

Background

We are doing this project to ensure that:

• We maximize our reach to potential donors/sponsors

Measures of Success

• $10,000 CDN earned within the 2-week initial campaign period

• Perks & Pricing Categories

• 5-7 Promotional Videos (1 teaser, 2 upon campaign start, 2+ more throughout)

• Marketing materials (photos and other media to hype up our campaign)

• Written content - lots of this to be on our campaign page!

• TBD

• List any activities that you won't do for the duration of this project but may revisit later (TBD)
