Hi Robin,

My name is Micah, I am the student who spoke to you on the phone earlier today about arranging a possible sponsorship for our team, Midnight Sun (UW's solar car team). 

To provide a little more information about us, we are a 30 year old student design team founded in 1988 and one of the largest student teams on Waterloo campus. In the summer of 2018 our team competed at the American Solar Challenge, where Midnight Sun became the first ever Canadian MOV team to complete the ~3000km solar car race across the United States. 

Attached is our sponsorship package for you to learn more about the team as well as some photos from competition. Furthermore, see below for some media coverage from this summer.
