Tracking and Updating of Income

Midnight Sun has three income streams:

  • In-kind sponsorship

  • Monetary sponsorship

  • Endowment funds

All three types of income are tracked and updated on MSXIV Internal Book (Consolidated Financial Information). DRIs of the bookkeeping of each income are as follows.

  • In-Kind Income --> added when received, updated when used, both by engineering subteam PMs

  • Monetary income --> added when received, updated when used, both by finance

  • Endowment fund --> added when received by finance, updated when used by finance
