• started machining roof mold

  • goal: finish roof + canopy by end of November

  • to start windshield mold after roof + canopy mold completion

• wheel wells research started

• only miscellaneous purchases remaining except resin

Chassis/Interiors

• wrapping up chassis jigs

  • rsu tube mount jigs complete

    • to machine

  • finish jack point jigs + other dynamics jigs

    • design sprint review today

• RSU sims in progress

• 5 interested in interiors, good ppl

• remote work happening as well

• chassis: coming in to the Bay next week

  • weld dynamics tubes end-of-month

Dynamics

• > 24 people show up to first dynamics meeting, lots of interest in tasks

• drawings getting wrapped up this weekend

• steering slightly behind

• co-op henry to work on steering simulations

• returning members to do steering and brakes

• RSU is rough, but passing worse loading case

• brakes in progress

  • OTS parts to be bought

Battery:

• 20-25 people for spotwelding session

• onboarding walkthrough happening today
