Mech Gen

Aero

• ~27 new members, good position

• foam order placed for roof mold

• end-of-month to get all foam blocks machined (graeme)

• rework tasks for bathtub happening

• thermoforming sponsorship in the works ??

Chassis/Interiors

• 5 interested in interiors, good ppl

• remote work happening as well

• chassis: coming in to the Bay next week

  • weld dynamics tubes end-of-month

Dynamics

• > 24 people show up to first dynamics meeting, lots of interest in tasks

• drawings getting wrapped up this weekend

• steering slightly behind

• co-op henry to work on steering simulations

• returning members to do steering and brakes

• RSU is rough, but passing worse loading case

• brakes in progress

  • OTS parts to be bought

Battery:

• 20-25 people for spotwelding session

• onboarding walkthrough happening today

• enclosure - board mounts in progress

• lid redesign sprint - for new members

• everything else good for manufacturing

  • modules (testing procedures in progress)

  • design review w Michael for module and enclosure monday

Hardware:

• to have Aden do safety training LEARN courses

• ~20 people for HW 101

• created priority list

• goal for end-of-term

  • elec mockup

• solar testing

  • blocked by not having mock battery

• ~25 people out to 101

• HW validation with PD

• FW members waiting for tasks

  • need more HW people to get boards done
