It has been determined that the circuit board mounts will be pretty trivial relative to the battery box mount, As the battery box will contain most of the electricla equipment. As such, it is considerable larger, expect dimensions of about 1.5' by 2.5' by 0.5', however it will still be a rectangular box. During the meeting on october October 13th we will meet with the team creating the battery box to determine rough dimensions
Edit: From 2017-01-14 Battery Box Size determined layout and distribution of battery modules in battery box.
- We will be using 2 boxes, each housing 18 of the 36 modules
- Rough Dimensions: 24" x 18" x 5" (L x W x H)
- Approx weight of 40 kg per box, based on 80 kg estimate for both boxes (Weight Budget)
