• Roof + Canopy Progress:

• wheelcovers/wheel well transitioning into next term

Chassis/Interiors

• Interiors Design Progress:

• Chassis:

  • tabs + extra features done by next week

  • ASC issue

    • need to add reinforcements to roll-cage

    • sims need to be with solid/shell instead of beam elements

Dynamics

• FSU: carmelli found sponsor to machine most components! In-person meeting to be booked next week (try to expedite parts)

• RSU: Winters found sponsor! sending parts to quote

• Steering: no update

• Brakes: Jonathan da goat. Calcs for front and rear done

  • front brakes to be designed

  • rear brakes designed last week

Battery

• Module: finished 1st module, documentation for bulk-manufacturing

  • materials good for now

• Enclosure:

  • finalizing design, materials coming in next week

Hardware

• Board Design Progress:

  • MCI is done (sent to Bay)

  • good progress on boards

  • PD + steering (jonathan) - steering getting done very soon, PD high priority (layout in progress)

  • BMS (carrier, afe, current sense) - AFE no progress, carrier + current good progress

  • controller board order happening soon

  • Wire harnessing ramping back up

Firmware

• full PD verified

  • load switches, PCA i/o expanders

• new member working on steering
