🎯 Scope

Must have:

  • A cover page that includes the sponsor’s logo and a short thank you message from the team.

  • A second page that includes more detail into their contributions and a short blurb on who they are and what they do as a company.

Nice to have:

  • Contact information and social media platforms for the business.

  • What their contribution was used for - specifically.

    • e.g. Their contribution of xxx to x-sub team helped our team do xx-task.

    • This is if space allows.

Not in scope:

  • Do not use informal language and ensure MS themes are followed.

  • Do not include any sensitive information such as:

    • Employee names, personal contacts, specific monetary amounts.

(Even if a specific person was the main point of contact or a company email was provided to you, that is still personal information that goes beyond the scope of promoting the company.)
