Mechanical-Onsite-Specific Procedures
For specifically the Mechanical Team (Only once the lockdown is lifted)
Fill in your availabilities to this Google Spreadsheet: Link to be updated for W2021 once we are fully prepared to go onsite.
Jieun Lee (or Min, or Kimberly) will contact you through Slack the day before to ask if you are available to help out in the bay the next day. If you would strongly like to work the next day before Jieun contacts you, or have tasks to do, please contact Jieun letting her know when you’d like to go in, and see if the schedules match with the leads.
Once they have confirmed a timeslot with you, please fill out a slot in the Onsite Calendar. To fill in a slot, select the time you will be in the bay, and add the following invite link into the “Add guests” section.
