  • A challenger vehicle might not draw as much current, so the current sense amplifier should have a different gain. Also, it might be better to use a Hall effect sensor to reduce power consumption.

  • Use a smaller transformer?

  • Buck instead of LDO

  • Consider instrumentation amplifier rather than differential amplifier?

  • Filtering for the current sense amplifier? Common mode vs. differential mode

  • Integrated current sense ICs? Not sure if they perform better

  • Use connectors similar to these for BPS testing?

  • Is the buffer necessary?
