September 26 - October 2 | Aero: - Machine hood mold (
Tuesday) - Thursday - was not done last week - Multimatic
Aim to complete 50% of the total layup of the whole side panel- 50% of 1 half side panel is done, 30% of other half side panel - was completed
- The following will be started after side panels
- Start mold prep (polish the part, add layers to prevent sticking) on the hood mold
- bonus: Decide whether or not to split bridge mold, and prepare MDF for machining
- Dispose of the "oven" into dumpster
- Begin material preparation for the hood panel (carbon fiber, etc.)
- B-Bulkhead machining (the blank is done, waiting to ask Brian if/when he can machine it), not an urgent part
Infusion: - No more testing required!
Interiors: - Catamaran: Nothing planned for this week
Taking measurements for door handles
| - New MDF won't be worked on until reading week? But this limits concurrent work.

Oct 3 - Oct 9 | Aero Check-in with Brian to make sure the hood mold is machined- MDF Failed in machining - need to be disposed
- Brian has machined a bit of the hood mold using foam, to check/review tomorrow
Complete the full layup of the whole side panel- Multimatic
- Need to figure out how we want to hold vacuum on the bag @ Multimatic - will confirm with Multimatic about process
- B-Bulkhead
- need 1/2" core to be used in the panel
- (Tentatively) Weekend working sessions is on the Hood mold if side panel layup is done

- Packing materials to be ready to bring to Multimatic

- 11:30 AM - leave from Waterloo
- 1:30 PM - Arrive and unload at Multimatic
- 2:00 PM - Leave from Multimatic - Michael & Mackenzie

October 11 - 17 | Dynamics - Finish full inventory check of all assemblies (Front + Rear Suspension, Brakes, Steering)
- Create order list of all off-the-shelf parts still needed (if necessary)

- Use SPANEUR Fasteners that fit description
- Look for steering mount stock (aluminum plates)

- Steering shaft (column upper and lower) - enough for all parts + tolerancing, will be made in house
- Tubes/Rods (FSU009 Pushrod, FSU006 UCA Tubes) - enough for all parts + tolerancing, can be made in house
- Abandon Tilt mech
- Brake lines and park break assembly instructions not made yet?
- Pre Assembly Tasks:
- Push dowel pins into hubs
- Begin collection of bolts to be drilled for wiring
- Figure out shim size for LCA bearing
| Tuesday (Aidan's Progress): Large box of McMasterCarr parts was found, was able to cross some OTS and custom parts off the list. Organized the remaining FSU and RSU OTS parts onto BOM so now it should be up to date. Leaving notes/comments as I go to clarify/question.
