Front and rear power distribution regularly broadcast current measurements over CAN, one per interval.
The message IDs are SYSTEM_CAN_MESSAGE_FRONT_CURRENT_MEASUREMENT when emitted by front power distribution and SYSTEM_CAN_MESSAGE_REAR_CURRENT_MEASUREMENT when emitted by rear power distribution. One current measurement is broadcast per CAN message.
The first u16 is a current ID from the table below. The second u16 is the 12-bit current data.
