Instructions
Position the upright (Part #2) on the steering arm (Part #1) such that their holes align, as shown below.
2. Insert the screw (Part #3) into the hole of the steering arm. Place the nut (Part #4) onto the threads of #3 and tighten. Note that the head of #3 is on the steering arm face.

3. Repeat step 2 for the second hole by inserting a second screw and nut.
